The Ulster County resident died from complications stemming from eastern equine encephalitis (EEE), Gov. Kathy Hochul’s office confirmed on Monday, Sept. 23. Alert Issued For Increased Deer, Coyote Activity In Area As fall slowly begins to transition into winter, animal control officials in Fairfield County are warning that there may be an increase in deer and coyote activity in the area.
