Stamford Man Sentenced For Cocaine Distribution A Fairfield County man will spend more than a year behind bars after being found guilty of distributing cocaine in Connecticut earlier this year. Norman “Ski” Peters, 38, of Stamford, was sentenced to 18 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release for cocaine distribution offenses.
