Seen Him? CT Man Has Been Missing More Than A Week Police are seeking the public’s assistance in tracking down a Connecticut man who has been missing for days. Peter Recchia, 59, was last seen on Thursday, Oct. 3, in the vicinity of Millers Pond State Park in Haddam, Middletown Police said. He was reportedly traveling south on Foot Hills Road and was wearing a short-sleeved blue shirt, jeans, a black belt and sneakers at the time he was last seen.
