Chick-fil-A Prepares To Open New CT Restaurant; Will Employ 100 People Chick-fil-A is expanding its footprint in Connecticut with a new restaurant that will open this week in New Haven County.  The first Chick-fil-A in West Haven will open at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14, at 487 Saw Mill Road.  Jose Marquez, a Connecticut native with a background in business and a 13-year tenure at Chick-fil-A, will lead the West Haven location as its owner-operator, the company said.
