Repairs Force Closure Of I-95 Stretch In Connecticut A stretch of I-95 in Connecticut will be temporarily shut down as utility crews make emergency repairs to power lines that were damaged. Downed power lines forced the closure of a part of the interstate in southeastern Connecticut at approximately 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2, according to officials.
