Drunk Motorist Found Slumped Over Wheel At Busy Intersection, Greenwich Police Say A drunk driver was charged after he reportedly fell asleep at a red light, according to Greenwich Police. Officers responded to a report of a driver stopped at a red light and slumped over in a vehicle at the busy West Putnam Avenue and East Weaver Street intersection at midnight on Sunday, Aug. 18, police said. Police upon arriving determined the driver, Andrew Parker Mills, 24, of New York City fell asleep at the wheel and sat without moving through several light cycles.
