Victim Slashed In Face By Suspect While Investigating Noise In CT Driveway A Connecticut resident was attacked by a suspect after leaving his home to investigate a "grinding" noise in his driveway. Police received a report from a Milford resident on Concord Avenue who requested officers respond to what they believed to be a fight in the street at about 2 a.m. on Tuesday, June 14, the Milford Police Department reported.  When officers arrived at the scene, they found a victim suffering from a severe laceration to his face and began to render aid, police said.  The victim told police he had left his home to check on a "grinding" noise, and was attacked by…
