Discovery Of Paint On Sweater Prompts Man To Assault Co-Workers In Greenwich, Police Say A 59-year-old man has been charged following a physical altercation that took place on a construction site, police say. Greenwich Police responded to Deer Lane on the report of a physical dispute on Monday, Feb. 11. Further investigation revealed that Richard Clemens of Stratford became argumentative and aggressive after discovering that paint had gotten on his sweater. The on-scene supervisor asked Clemens to leave, but he allegedly refused and proceeded to shove two other coworkers.
