Fairfield County Man Accused Of Injuring Victim After Stealing Vehicle A 28-year-old Fairfield County man is accused of stealing a work vehicle from his employer and pushing a victim from the stolen vehicle, causing injuries. Darien Police officers responded to the Norwalk Police Department to take custody of Dustin Wymms, of Norwalk, at 7:20 p.m. on Saturday, July 9, according to the Darien Police Department. New Canaan Woman Turns Herself In On Animal Cruelty Charges After Dead Dogs Found In Fairfield A 31-year-old New Canaan woman who was president of an animal rescue group and is facing animal cruelty charges after police discovered numerous dog remains inside of crates has turned herself in to police. The Fairfield Police Department received a complaint of animal cruelty and responded to 37 Prince Street on Wednesday, Nov. 14. Officers discovered several carcasses that were believed to be canine remains.
