Covid-19: CT Supermarkets Agree To Limit Number Of Shoppers In Stores As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to rapidly spread throughout the region, supermarkets in Connecticut have agreed to limit the number of customers allowed in stores. To help curtail the spread of COVID-19, supermarket chains throughout Connecticut agreed to stricter rules regarding shoppers, and will only be permitting half the regular maximum capacity inside. Shoppers have also been asked to only send one family member at a time during shopping trips.
