Man Who Attempted To 'Groom' 11-Year-Old Extradited To Wilton, Police Say A monthlong investigation has led to the arrest and extradition of a 56-year-old out-of-state man police say "groomed" an 11-year-old in an attempt to obtain pornographic images. In September of 2018, the Wilton Police Department received a complaint of the man contacting the girl in Wilton via the internet.  Subsequent investigation revealed the accused to reside in Beverly, Massachusetts and Wilton Police worked with Beverly Police to obtain arrest warrants and search warrants.
