State Senate Candidate Sues Norwalk Police, Online News Outlet
A State Senate candidate is going on the attack, reportedly filing a lawsuit against the Norwalk Police Department and a local news site for leaking information on a drunk driving arrest several years ago. Republican Marc D’Amelio has delivered a lawsuit to the Norwalk law department, though it hasn’t been filed with the state Supreme Court in Stamford, The Hour reported this week.
