SHELTON, Conn. -- Shelton Police arrested a Seymour man in connection with two burglaries of commercial properties last year.
James Aspinwall, 40, was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of sixth-degree larceny, and two counts of second-degree criminal mischief. Aspinwall was held on $50,000 bond. He is currently in custody on unrelated charges.
The burglaries in Shelton occurred in August and November. Shelton Police, working with departments from Seymour, Ansonia, and Derby, discovered information that pinpointed Aspinwall as a suspect.
