Police arrested Peter Kruzynski, 49, on Tuesday, and charged him with first-degree sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault, fourth-degree sexual assault, two counts of risk of injury, impairing morals of a minor and coercion.
The arrest stemmed from a complaint of the victim, who said he was sexually assaulted by Kruzynski when he was 12 years old, police said.
The juvenile victim told police that Kruzynski took nude photos of him, then coerced him to continue having sex with him for years or he would post the photos on the Internet, police said.
The victim also reported that Kruzynski used his status as an attorney to coerce him to continue having sex, according to police.
Kruzynski posted $75,000 bond and was arraigned at Derby Superior Court on Wednesday, police said.
