SHELTON, Conn. — State police have issued a Silver Alert for Joy Milano, a 15-year-old from Shelton who went missing on Wednesday.
Joy was described as white with brown eyes and brown hair. She is 5-foot-4 and weighs 165 pounds.
She went missing from Shelton and was described as an endangered runaway.
