A former employee from Fairfield County who worked at Boscov’s in Connecticut was taken into police custody for allegedly stealing using customers’ receipts, police said.
Officers from the Milford Police Department took custody of Bridgeport resident Nastassia Blackwood, 30, on Monday, April 15, for an active warrant that was issued for her arrest earlier this year.
According to police, Blackwood is accused of fraudulently using customers’ receipts to make illegal purchases at Boscov’s on Boston Post Road while she was employed there.
Following her arrest, Blackwood was issued an appearance ticket to appear in court on May 14 to respond to the charges.
