Ansonia Cyclist Dies From Injuries Suffered In Shelton Accident

SHELTON, CONN. -- A 55-year-old Ansonia man who was seriously injured while riding his bicycle in Sheton Dec. 23 died the next day, Christmas Eve, the Shelton Herald reports.

Brian Climis was described by his family as an avid cyclist who frequently rode through the area. The accident happened at about 7:45 a.m. Dec. 23 in the 500 block of Bridgeport Avenue, according to the Shelton Herald.

Police are still investigating, but have said that it doesn't appear that a car hit the bicycle, the Shelton Herald says.
