The complex, proposed for 4 acres owned by Jack and Josephine Gaida, would include three buildings, with each of the 18 units priced at $300,000, according to the Herald.

Many in attendance at a March 24 meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission spoke out against the proposal, calling the condos a bad fit for the neighborhood, according to the Herald.

The public portion of the commission's discussion of the plan is to continue on April 12, according to the Herald.
