The group called POP is gearing up for a competition Saturday, April 8 when teams of four will use their puzzle chops to win prizes

The puzzle meetup Saturdays at 10 a.m. started six months ago when store owner and puzzle enthusiast Dorothy Sim-Broder wanted to give people a space to carve out time for the hobby.

The competition welcomes participants 12 and over.

There will be refreshments.

Call Dorothy for information and to register for the competition from 2 to 6 p.m. at 203-944-0400.

The store is located in the Conti building, at 415 Howe Ave., Shelton.
