But in spring, the Jones Winery is in season.

The winery is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. With a full range of wines, the winery offers one for every palate and for every occasion.

Mother's Day weekend will be special this year as the winery introduces a new release, a wonderful sparkling dry white wine. "A sip of this delightful bubbly will be a great way to celebrate Mother's Day," the farm says.

In celebration of all mothers as well as the many important women in everyone's lives, Jones Family Farms is offering a special "2 for 1" wine tasting for all guests on Sunday, May 8.

Also, Just in time for Mother's Day, Rose of Cabernet Franc is back on the shelves. A limited-run production, it has earned the “Vintner’s Selection” designation as an estate-grown wine of superior quality.

The Jones Family Farms is located at 606 Walnut Tree Hill Road in Shelton.
