'Last Frontier' Lecture Highlights Upcoming Shelton History Center Meeting

SHELTON, Conn. -- A virtual tour of the North American Continent and the "Last Frontier from Connecticut to Alaska" will be presented by Carolyn Ivanoff at the annual meeting of the Shelton History Center.

The public is welcome to this annual meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 31 at the Huntington Congregational Church. 

Participants will also learn what happened at the Brownson House and about plans for 2016.

The meeting is free though donations are appreciated. 

There will be warm refreshments

(In case of inclement weather, announcements will be made on WICC radio station.)

The meeting will begin at 2 p.m. at the church, 19 Church St. on the Huntington Green.
