Updated: FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- After a severe thunderstorm rolled through Fairfield County late Wednesday afternoon, Connecticut Light & Power and United Illuminating were reporting a number of power outages.
The power outages in the area, as of 10:30 p.m., included:
- Darien: 2 customers without power
- Easton: 1 customer without power
- Fairfield: 36 customers without power
- Greenwich: 47 customers without power
- New Canaan: 3 customers without power
- Norwalk: 79 customers without power
- Redding: 40 customers without power
- Ridgefield: 34 customers without power
- Stamford: 23 customers without power
- Weston: 38 customers without power
- Wilton: 7 customers without power
The power outages previously reported in Danbury and Westport have been repaired.
