Traffic Alert: Stretch Of Hutchinson River Parkway To Be Closed For Days A bridge replacement project in Westchester will force the closure of the Hutchinson River Parkway over the weekend. The New York State Department of Transportation issued an alert warning that the parkway will be closed in both directions from exit 6 in Pelham through Mount Vernon, to exit 15 in New Rochelle. The closure will begin at approximately midnight on Saturday, Aug. 22, and last through approximately 6 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 23. Northern Westchester Couple ID'd In Medical Center Murder-Suicide The two people who died in a murder-suicide incident at Westchester Medical Center on Wednesday morning have been identified as a married couple from Yorktown. They are Richard DeLucia, 71, and his wife, Ann DeLucia, 70, who was a patient at the hospital, according to Kieran O'Leary, public information officer for the Westchester County Police Department.
