Good Samaritans Drag Injured Man From Burning Car In Milford A man was saved from a burning vehicle following a crash by two Good Samaritans. The incident took place around 8:30 p.m., Saturday, July 28, when the Milford Police Department responded to a crash on West River Street near Wolf Harbor Road, said Officer Joseph Dempsey of the Milford Police Department. When officers arrived on the scene, they found that a vehicle had run off the roadway and hit a large tree causing serious front end damage, before bursting into flames.
