CT Gas Station Employee Charged With Sex Assault Of Minors In Exchange For Vapes A 47-year-old Connecticut gas station employee has been charged with allegedly sexually assaulting minors in exchange for nicotine and vape products. Monir Uddin, of Brooklyn, New York, turned himself in to Connecticut State Police on Saturday, April 20, for the incident on Saturday, Jan. 13, in Litchfield at the Citgo gas station at 199 West Street.
