Man Threatens Victim With Machete, Steals Items During Altercation In Greenwich, Police Say
A Fairfield County man was arrested on a warrant for allegedly threatening to attack a person in a vehicle with him with a machete and stealing some of their possessions.
Antonio Llanos-Lopez, 48, of Stamford, was arrested on Friday, Nov. 20, for the incident which took place on Friday, Oct. 16, in Greenwich, said the Greenwich Police.
According to police, Llanos-Lopez was in a vehicle with another person when they became involved in an argument and physical altercation, police said.

Bridgeport Man With Three Warrants Is Arrested On Sexual Assault Charges
A man with three outstanding warrants was arrested by Milford Police, Tuesday, July 28, in connection with a domestic violence incident.
Police discovered the man was also wanted on three outstanding warrants for his arrest.
Lawrence Daddario III, 29, Bridgeport, has been charged with three counts of sexual assault, strangulation, unlawful restraint, disorderly conduct, and three probation violations, police said.
Daddario is being held on a $650,000 bond.

Patient Charged With Sexually Assaulting Child Visiting Nursing Home, Fairfield Police Say
A Fairfield County nursing home patient has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a young girl who was visiting a grandparent.
Dino Carlo Gioia, 77, was arrested on Thursday, Jan. 9, and charged with sexual assault, risk of injury to a minor, unlawful restraint, and breach of peace, after he turned himself in on an active warrant at the Fairfield Police Department, said Capt. Robert Kalamaras.
An investigation into the attack began on Dec. 24, 2019, after the child's parent reported the incident to a staff member at Regal Care of Southport, said Kalamaras.

As the news swirls around the arrests of Fotis Dulos and his ex-lover Michelle Troconis for the alleged murder of Fairfield County missing mom Jennifer Farber Dulos, another person was arrested as well, Kent Mawhinney, an attorney, and friend of Dulos.
Mawhinney, 54, of South Windsor, Connecticut, was reportedly arrested at gunpoint during a traffic stop by state police after searching for him for several hours on Tuesday, Jan. 7.

One Of Four Men Accused In Stratford Home Invasion Arrested
One of at least four men wanted in a Stratford home invasion has been arrested, police said.
Jaquan Wade, 26, address unknown, was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 28, in connection with the incident that took place on May 13, on Ligh Street, said Stratford Police Capt. Frank Eannotti.
Wade was charged with home invasion, unlawful restraint, and robbery.
During the original incident, police said at least four men entered the house and demanded money around 4:15 a.m.

A domestic violence incident that left a woman in serious condition has led to the arrest of an area man.
Russell Molleur, 73, of Milford, was arrested on Saturday, March 9, after Milford Police responded to a West Town Street apartment on the report of a possible domestic incident, said the Milford Police.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found that Molleur allegedly attempted to choke a woman and hit her several times in the face with a closed fist, police said.
