Darien Police say they observed a van pass a stopped school bus on Post Road near the intersection of Saltbox Lane on Monday, March 25 around 7:30 a.m. The officer initiated a traffic stop and identified the driver as 38-year-old Carlos Bonilla of Stamford, according to police.
