Frank Antony Futie, 20, was charged Wednesday during the stop on Sheephill Road with operation of a drug factory, possession of a controlled substance, and distribution of illegal drugs, after officers found more than 500 Alprazolam pills, a bag of cocaine, pot, THC, and packaging materials, said Lt. John Slusarz. He is being held on $5,000 bail with a court date of March 7.
