Distracted Driving Enforcement Details Underway Throughout Fairfield County Local and state law enforcement agencies are cracking down on distracted driving in Fairfield County as part of a statewide campaign in Connecticut. Stamford Police Launch Distracted Driving Enforcement Campaign Stamford police are back on the hunt for drivers who are distracted by their cell phones and other devices during its renewed "U Drive. U Text. The mobile classroom designed to promote safe driving will be at the school from Monday, May 7 through Friday, May 11.
