Second Suspect Charged For Shooting Death Of Man In Fairfield County Police have arrested a Fairfield County man in connection with the alleged killing of a Connecticut man who was gunned down during a robbery of $130 and cellphones. James Howard, 28, of Bridgeport, was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 7, in connection with the Saturday, Aug. 13 murder of New Haven County resident Troy Walker, age 21, of Ansonia, on Knowlton Street. Man With Prior Conviction Admits To Heroin Trafficking Offense In Fairfield County A Connecticut convict is facing more time behind bars after admitting to violating the terms of his supervised release following a federal prison stint for distributing heroin. Steven Hutchinson, 29, of Bridgeport, pleaded guilty in Hartford federal court to one count of possession with intent to distribute heroin. Hutchinson was sentenced in federal court to 60 months in prison for distributing heroin, followed by five years of supervised release on Nov. 20, 2014. He was released on May 22 last year.
