Lane Closures Scheduled For I-84, Taconic Parkway State officials issued an alert about planned single-lane closures on the Taconic State Parkway and I-84 in the Hudson Valley. Hudson Valley and Fairfield County residents charged include: Dutchess County On Friday, Dec. 13, State Police from Poughkeepsie arrested Omar Gomez Florentino, 21, of Pleasant Valley, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on State Route 44 in the town of Pleasant Valley, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Two From Fairfield County Nabbed For Impaired Driving In NY With local and state police agencies cracking down on drunk, drugged and distracted driving, several local residents were among nearly two dozen in the area who found themselves on the wrong side of the law. As part of the STOP-DWI crackdown, State Police troopers busted several motorists for driving while intoxicated as they attempt to stop motorists from drinking and driving in the area.
