Cody Rugar, of New Fairfield, age 31, was found in  Lake Naraneka in Pierrepont State Park in Ridgefield around 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 17 by the Westport Police Dive Team, said Capt. Extradited Bridgeport Murder Suspect Confesses, Police Say A Fairfield County man wanted for the 2020 stabbing of a man that resulted in his death two years later confessed to detectives when he was extradited from Georgia, according to police. Anthony Marion, age 58, of Bridgeport, was extradited from Fulton County, Georgia on Wednesday, Aug. 9, and offered a full confession to detectives, said Capt. CT State Police ID Man Found Shot To Death Inside Car In Wooded Area Police have identified a man whose body was found inside a vehicle in a wooded area of northern Connecticut. The body of Jason Comes, age 38, whose body was discovered in Tolland County in the town of Somers late Thursday, Aug. 5 on Durkee Road, Connecticut State Police announced. Somers is located near the Massachusetts border with Connecticut. Durkee Road is located about two miles from the Massachusetts border. ID Released For Woman Found Dead Under Vehicle In New Canaan The identity has been released of a Westchester woman whose body was found under a vehicle at around noontime Tuesday in New Canaan, police said.
