ID Released For Man Killed After Falling Through Skylight Hole On Roof In Stamford A Stamford man who was killed after falling through a hole for a skylight while working on the roof of an area building has been identified. Jacek Pilchowski, 59, fell more than 30 feet onto a concrete floor while replacing skylights on the roof of the Stamford Windustrial Company, said Stamford Police Capt. Tom Barcello. The incident took place around 1:34 p.m. Wednesday at 55 Sunnyside Ave., after the employee misstepped and fell through the opening, said Stamford Fire Deputy Chief Eric Lorenz.
