The incident began around 9 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 31 in Rockland County when the Ramapo Police discovered a 56-year-old woman lying on the ground on Innwood Drive suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the Hillcrest section of Ramapo. Man Charged With DUI, Reckless Driving After Crash In Fairfield County A Connecticut dump truck driver was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of drugs after crashing the vehicle, causing severe injuries.
