Police: New Canaan Man Charged With Stalking, Harassment After Sending Sexually Explicit Emails Police were forced to intervene and arrest a New Canaan man who allegedly sent a series of sexually explicit emails to a woman. Investigators from the New Canaan Police Department received a complaint on Aug. 15 of harassing emails that were being sent, marking the second time it has happened over the past few weeks. Police said the emails were sexually explicit and caused concern for the victim. Woman Charged With Stalking In Wilton A Stamford woman was arrested by Wilton Police for stalking a victim over a four-month period, according to Wilton Police. The 43-year-old was arrested by Stamford Police on Friday on a warrant out of Wilton, said Lt. Robert Kluk. According to the arrest report, the woman had harassed the victim by emailing, calling and texting the person more than 5,000 times over the four-month time period. She was transported to the Wilton Police Department were she was charged with stalking and harassment and released on bail.

Andrew Pacicca, 20, of Norwalk, was charged with stalking and disorderly conduct in connection with a June incident on Beach Road, according to The Hour. 24-Year-Old Sherman Man Charged With Stalking In Bethel BETHEL, Conn. — A 24-year-old man from Sherman was charged with stalking after he was located near a residence he had been ordered to stay away from in Bethel, police said.  Richard F. Delisle 3rd was arrested at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 4, at his home at 24 Green Pond Road in Sherman by Bethel police.  He was charged with first-degree stalking and violation of a protective order, police said. Delisle was released on $50,000 bond and was scheduled to appear at Danbury Superior Court on Jan. 5.
