Man Shot In Legs In Fairfield County, Police Say A man was found shot in the legs in Fairfield County after police received multiple phone calls reporting gunshots. The incident took place in Norwalk around 11 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 4 in the area of South Main Street and Merritt Street. Responding officers located a crime scene in the area of South Main Street, but not a victim, said Norwalk Police Lt. It happened on Friday, Dec. 27 at 6:43 p.m., when members of the Norwalk PD Strategic Narcotics Enforcement Team observed an Infinity sedan traveling on Chestnut Street.  The operator of the vehicle, later identified as Kimani Williams, 28, of Bridgeport, was driving erratically, said Lt.
