Four Fairfield County Residents Charged With DWI In NY Stops New York State Police troopers arrested 20 drivers in the area for allegedly driving while impaired. Local residents charged include:  Westchester County On Friday, Oct. 11, State Police from Somers arrested Joseph Salerno, 51, of Lewisboro, for DWI.
