The heart of St. John Vianney, Curé of Ars, France will visit the Parish of St. Catherine of Siena in Trumbull on Monday, April 29 and Tuesday, April 30, in the tour with the Knights of Columbus. St. John Vianney died on Aug. 4, 1859. His heart, which is normally kept for veneration at the Shrine of Ars in France, is said to be incorrupt. Teen Shot After Forcing His Way Into Neighbor's Home In Fairfield County An 18-year-old teen was shot by a neighbor after he forced his way into his home and violently attacked the man, police said. The incident took place around 6 p.m. Thursday when the teen forced his way into the home on Shelton Road in Trumbull and attacked the 72-year-old homeowner for no reason, said Trumbull Police Capt. Keith Golding. The homeowner, fearing for his family’s safety, shot the teen once, with his legally owned handgun, striking him in the abdomen, Golding said.  Responding officers treated the teen at the scene before he was transported to Bridgeport Hospital by ambulance.…
