Connecticut State Police investigators are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to track down a driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run on I-91. Troopers were dispatched to the northbound lanes of I-91 at the exit 13 off-ramp in Wallington at approximately 9:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 15, where there was a report of a car that had struck a pedestrian.
