Ramp Restrictions, Crash Cause Delays At I-84/I-684 Merger This story has been updated. There were stop-and-go delays at the I-84 merger to I-684 early Saturday afternoon. The delays, reported to be 20 minutes long just before 2 p.m., were the result of ramp restrictions, with westbound traffic backed up to Saw Mill Road (Exit 1). A serious crash with injuries was reported just south of the merger on southbound I-684 at around 1 p.m.
