Man Sexually Assaults Girl At Fairfield Service Plaza, Police Say A 41-year-old man was arrested for sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl in the berth of his tractor-trailer while stopped at a Fairfield Service Plaza on I-95, Connecticut State Police said. Chad J. Harris of Sanford, Maine, was arrested Friday while on an Amtrak train that passed through New Haven with the assistance of Amtrak Police, said Connecticut State Police.
