WestConn In Danbury Closed Thursday Due To Snowstorm DANBURY, Conn. — Western Connecticut State University will be closed Thursday, Jan. 4, and all classes are canceled due to the approaching snowstorm.Essential personnel should report for work as usual, WCSU said. Snow parking rules will be in effect, restricting parking to certain areas. All Midtown campus residents must park in the White Street garage (except the top deck). All Westside campus residents must park in the Centennial Garage (except on the top deck), on Sand Road or in the O'Neill Center Main lot.
