Seven Dutchess Residents Charged With DWI In State Police Stops Nearly two dozen drivers were busted by New York State Police officers for alleged impaired driving on area roadways this past week. Those charged include: Westchester County On Friday, July 12, State Police from Brewster arrested Ismael Martinez Trinidad, 29, of North Salem, for DWI. He was traveling on Tonetta Lake Road in Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Four Fairfield County Residents Under Influence In NY Stops Dozens of area residents were nabbed for driving while intoxicated by state police during the three-day Labor Day weekend.  They include:  Westchester Adam J.
