Ridgefield Woman Charged With DWI In Putnam County Stop Nearly two dozen motorists were removed from the roadway by New York State Police troopers recently for alleged impaired drivers. Local residents charged:  Dutchess County On Friday, April 12, State Police from Poughkeepsie arrested Sharon Y. Eady, 52, of Poughkeepsie, for Aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, a felony. She was traveling on Church Street in Poughkeepsie, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.
