Expect Delays: Lane Closures Scheduled On Busy Area Roadway Construction involving lanes closures will cause delays on a busy roadway in Northern Westchester on Saturday, Feb. 16. The work will be done on Route 117 near Roaring Brook Road in Chappaqua from 9 a.m to 6 p.m., New Castle Police said. The work will involve lane closings, road saw cutting and road excavation.
