11 Years Later, Police Still Searching For Leads In Fairfield County Double Homicide
Police in Connecticut are pleading with the public to come forward with information regarding the cold case double murder of two people that reaches its 11th anniversary next month.
On Saturday, Aug. 6, 2011, 22-year-old Rickita Smalls and 27-year-old Iroquois Alston, both of Norwalk, were shot and killed while sitting in a parked car on Avenue B, said the Norwalk Police.
Since that time investigators have worked hard to bring those responsible to justice including offering a $50,000 reward.

Connecticut officials are offering a $50,000 reward in the 2011 double homicide in Fairfield County that left a man and woman in their 20s dead.
On Saturday, Aug. 6, 2011, the Norwalk Police Department responded to the incident that occurred on Avenue B in Norwalk.
Rickita Smalls, age 22, and Iroquois Alston, age 27, both of Bridgeport, were found dead in a small dark car awkwardly parked on Avenue B, said Norwalk Police Lt. Terrence Blake.
