Man Admits To Enticing Connecticut Minor To Engage In Sex
A registered sex offender is facing life in prison after admitting to posing as a teenager in an effort to lure a minor to send sexually explicit images and visit him in Connecticut. Andrew Cunningham, formerly of Windsor, has pleaded guilty in New Haven to one count of enticement of a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity, U.S. Attorney John Durham, announced. In March 2017, Cunningham, 38, began talking with a 13-year-old girl on a website designed to pair strangers or text and video chats.
