Hundreds Turn Out For 'Unpermitted' Event At Calf Pasture Beach, Police Say A large car meet that took place without a permit at Calf Pasture Beach on Sunday, March 24, drawing hundreds of visitors, ended with dozens of people receiving tickets and vehicles being towed. According to the Norwalk Police, their department was contacted on Friday, March 22, by Norwalk's Recreation and Parks regarding a car meet scheduled for Sunday at the beach, said Norwalk Police Lt.
