The county's Department of Health made the announcement on Monday, Oct. 1. On Monday, July 22 at 1:40 p.m., the Town of Carmel Police received a report of a missing 55-year-old Mahopac resident, know ID'd as Richard Dudyshyn, Carmel Police Chief Michael Cazzari said.
