Hakeem Atkinson, age 27, of Stamford, was arrested on Thursday, Jan. 5, after Stamford Police Narcotics and Organized Crime agents stopped him as he was leaving work in Fairfield, said Stamford Deputy Chief Richard Conklin. The three were arrested in Trumbull on Wednesday, Sept. 7, following the incident at the Ten Trumbull Apartments. The men, Ian Murray, 33, and Christopher Smeriglio, 34, both of Norwalk, were arrested by Wilton Police on Thursday, Jan. 7, following a report of shots fired, said Lt. Amir Kitale Williams, 26, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was arrested on Sunday, Dec. 13, by Wilton Police after he was stopped in a 2019 Nissan Rogue who's registration was showing expired, police said. During the traffic stop, a strong odor of marijuana resulted in a search of the vehicle. Bridgeport resident Daniel Plummer, 30, was found unresponsive behind the wheel of his vehicle on Feb. 9 in Greenwich, police said. Charged were: Mamuka Simonishvilli, 52, of Bedford Street, Stamford, operating under the influence and possession of marijuana. William Potolicchio, 64, of Hubbard Avenue, Stamford, operating under the influence and possession of marijuana.
